Current vehicle owners have high expectations of you as an LPG expert, and new customers expect expert and reliable advice from the very first contact. During the initial (phone) consultation, a previous (or similar) LPG installation order can be quickly retrieved based on the vehicle make and model. With this information, you can easily recommend the LPG system type, tank type and location, and other vehicle-related details based on the customer's requirements. This opens the door to a quote, which can include details of previous installations and be sent directly to the customer by email (or post) from Visual Enterprise.

Integrate and manage.
For a new LPG installation order (whether or not via an approved quote), the vehicle, LPG system, and (new) customer details can be further supplemented. The relevant documents can then be retrieved and/or printed from the work order at any time, such as a rental agreement, the (old) Tunap declaration, the progress and final inspection form, and the supplier's warranty form. If applicable, the measured valve clearance can also be added to the order. Finally, with a single mouse click, the installation can be automatically deregistered with the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority), after which the fully completed LPG inspection card is printed and, if necessary, the accompanying G3 declaration.

If warranty parts are needed for a repair, the manufacturer's claim form is automatically generated, including supplier logos, claim number, completed complaint description, installation, vehicle, and customer information. Just a few checkboxes and you're done! The hours scanned on the repair orders can also be automatically invoiced. The Netherlands is plagued by sky-high car taxes and fuel duties. Even on LPG, which emits less CO2 than gasoline, the excise duty has recently been increased. These heavy levies and duties do not apply to our eastern neighbors, and LPG has retained its original market advantages there. For vehicles with German license plates, all TÜV forms are supported instead of the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority), such as the "Bescheinigung" (Inspection Form), which is automatically filled in with information such as the license plate number, injection valve, pressure control block, ECE approval, UN regulations, and inspection bodies such as TNO Delft, TÜV Cologne, Essen, Saarbrücken, etc. The TÜV inspection sticker for the gas tank is also automatically filled in and printed in the required format.
