Mate is the administrator's assistant, focused on managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Repetitive tasks such as entering received UBL invoices, making payments to creditors, and sending payment reminders to debtors are handled. With a single click, all invoices are recorded simultaneously, and all payments and reminders are sent, printed, faxed, or emailed with a PDF attachment.

Furthermore, Mate (along with the eTax option) fully automates VAT returns and ICP declarations. Various lists, overviews such as payment history, ICP listings, labels, and mailings are possible.

Mate also offers extensive reporting (Smart Business Models)  capabilities, processing data obtained via XML Web services, OLE DB providers, and ODBC drivers. All reports, overviews, forms, and layouts are RTF files and can be edited with tools such as Microsoft Word.
